Military officials and state government destroyed more than 6,800
firearms exchanged for computers in a dozen municipalities in the
completion of the first stage of the campaign "for a Chiapas without
arms."
The Speedway "Chiapas" in the neighboring municipality of

DURANGO, November 21 .- Elements of the Mexican Army were attacked in
the town of Charcas, municipality of Mezquital, no reported
