AZMEX SPECIAL 10 MAY 2013
Comment: Not that sure about who is running the plaza, nor of the
tenure / status of the guys in AP, Caborca or Nogales. Caborca has
been location of several large interdictions in past few days. The
arrest of Ines Coronel Barraras in Nogales is still the subject of
much speculation and concern about stability on both sides of the
AZMEX border. The Naco area (between AP and Nogales) had several
executions lately. As mentioned before, may be an indication of
"partnership" negotiations not going as smoothly as expected.
