HERMOSILLO.-
As a result of the follow-up to a citizen complaint, the elements of the Attorney General's Office detained the drivers Fernando A. and Luis Z.,
after being found with a cargo of a .50 caliber rifle and almost forty thousand rounds of different diameters, it was informed.
Registering the above at kilometer 92, the Carretera de Cuatro Carriles, between Navojoa and Estación Don,
(Highway 15 at the Sonora / Sinaloa line), where the PGR elements intercepted the fifth wheel tractor,
driven from Nogales, Sonora, en route to Guadalajara, Jalisco .
After inspection the unit, they found a double bottom, where they found that long weapon, disassembled in five parts,
as well as boxes packed with 39 thousand, 980 cartridges, and a magazine.
