Competition between cartels generates chaos: FCH

PUERTO VALLARTA, Guadalajara (SUN)
President Felipe Calderon said that drug cartels have monopolistic
behavior and instead of beating your competition with price and
quality, they kill, causing chaos in the country.
The President participated in a panel of the World Economic Forum for
Latin America in which he explained the behavior of organized crime
that leads him to believe they are working to establish "as a
parallel state."
The president said he is not opposed to analysis or the discussion of
the strategy, after mentioning that in the Sixth Summit of the
Americas, they agreed to order the Organization of American States to
assess what is being done.
Even said that without the money and weapons flowing south from the
U.S., the South of the American hemisphere would been done with
criminals in Mexico.
