Subject: Sequester Target/Impact-Planning.
All,
As per the discussions and financial planning, last week and earlier today, we are directed to begin schedules and planning for April 7 and beyond with a concept of operations that allows AOU compensation not to exceed a level of 20% in the aggregate. The deep non-pay cuts are also known and accepted as necessary to increase/preserve/strategically reduce mission capacity via patrol hours. B-1 has advised that a call with sectors to define the known risks in the projections is appropriate. Ops is looking at a PM teleconference with CPAs and DCPAs and equivalents to reinforce the guidance and clear any other known attributes and approval of our plans.
