Reveal that Obama "pardoned" El Chapo
Documents state that the White House instructed the DEA not to kill the boss in Mexico

MEXICO CITY , September 1 . - Documents of Stratfor , an American firm specializing in security and intelligence issues , revealed that the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency (Drug Enforcement Administration ) found the whereabouts of Joaquin El Chapo Guzman cartel kingpin Pacific and fugitive in Mexico , and asked the White House for permission to kill him in Mexico , which was opposed to the government of that country.
According to one of the documents released by the website WhoWhatWhy , the United States had the opportunity to kill El Chapo , but the White House said : " Do not do it ."
The site reports that several cables released by WikiLeaks last year messages alluding to Fred Burton , vice president of intelligence and expert on drug trafficking in Mexico , which describe the relationship between our country and the intelligence of the American Union (USA) 2007-2011 .
The April 26, 2011 , they talked about the reasons for the U.S. government not to act against the Pacific cartel leader . "Obama did not approve the covert operation in Mexico for ' moral reasons '" said the U.S. official .

On Thursday , the newspaper announced the capture of the Pacific ( Sinaloa ) cartel boss for Ciudad Juarez , Chihuahua :
Mario Nuñez Meza , aka El M -10 , a Pacific cartel lieutenant in Juarez , was apprehended on the border. The capo is linked with hundreds of killings , including several state police , and possibly at the outbreak of the first car bomb was detonated in the country.

CIUDAD DE MÉXICO, 1 de septiembre.- Documentos de Stratfor, empresa estadunidense especializada en temas de seguridad e inteligencia, revelaron que la Agencia Antidrogas de Estados Unidos (Drug Enforcement Administration, DEA) detectó el paradero de Joaquín El Chapo Guzmán —capo del cártel del Pacífico y prófugo de la justicia en México— y pidió a la Casa Blanca permiso para matarlo en territorio mexicano, a lo que se opuso el gobierno de ese país.
De acuerdo con uno de los documentos dado a conocer por el sitio web WhoWhatWhy, Estados Unidos tuvo la oportunidad de asesinar a El Chapo, pero la Casa Blanca respondió: "No lo hagan".
El sitio refiere que varios cables publicados por WikiLeaks el año pasado hacen alusión a mensajes de Fred Burton, vicepresidente de inteligencia y experto en temas de narcotráfico en México, los cuales describen las relaciones entre nuestro país y los cuerpos de inteligencia de la Unión Americana de 2007 a 2011.
El 26 de abril de 2011, se habló de las razones del gobierno de Washington para no actuar contra el líder del cártel del Pacífico. "Obama no aprobó la operación encubierta dentro de México por 'razones morales'", afirmó el funcionario estadunidense.
El sitio web WhoWhatWhy, a cargo de Russ Baker, asegura que su página "encarna una forma de periodismo de investigación rigurosa, implacable y científica, a lo que llamamos periodismo forense".
Cae su operador
El pasado jueves, este diario dio a conocer la captura del jefe de plaza del cártel del Pacífico en Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua:
Mario Núñez Meza, alias El M-10, lugarteniente del cártel de Pacífico en Ciudad Juárez, fue aprehendido en esa frontera. Al capo se le vincula con un centenar de homicidios, entre ellos el de varios policías estatales, y posiblemente en el estallido del primer coche bomba que se detonó en el país.
La información del arresto fue vertida por el propio gobernador de Chihuahua, César Duarte, quien detalló que el criminal, conocido también como El Mayito, fue arrestado en un hotel, con una acción de inteligencia que no requirió el uso de la fuerza ni el uso de armas.
El lugarteniente del cártel del Pacífico fue arrestado con uno de los pistoleros encargados de su seguridad. Luego del arresto, en las primeras declaraciones reveló la ubicación de una casa de seguridad en la ciudad de Chihuahua, donde la policía localizó 14 explosivos.
