Chilpancingo, Guerrero
The Ministry of National Defense (Sedena) secured two AK-47 rifles, magazines and cartridges,
as well as two vehicles inside a school in the town of El Mirabal, municipality of Leonardo Bravo in Guerrero.
The find of the 50 Infantry Battalion of the Sedena ( Mex. Army ) as well as the State Police.
He explained that the weapons were located inside a school and consisted of two AK-47 7.62x39 mm semi-automatic rifles,
as well as 25 magazines and 1,340 cartridges of the same caliber.
Likewise, a tanker truck with a capacity of three thousand 500 liters (900 gal.) was secured,
related to a ministerial order and a compact Tsuru vehicle with a theft report.
High-powered weapons, magazines, cartridges and vehicles were placed at the disposition of the Attorney General's Office
and the State Attorney's Office, informed the spokesperson of the State Coordination for the Construction of Peace, Roberto Álvarez Heredia.
