"Al realizar una búsqueda en las bases de datos dactilares de las
huellas de los dedos pulgar, índice y medio, tomadas de la mano
derecha de uno de los criminales abatidos, se obtuvieron los
siguientes datos demográficos:
NOMBRE: LAZCANO LAZCANO HERIBERTO
AÑO DE NACIMIENTO: 1975
SEXO: MASCULINO
ESTATURA: 1.60CMS", señala un comunicado de la dependencia, junto
al cual anexa dos fotografías del cuerpo.
"El análisis de las imágenes fotográficas del criminal abatido que
se anexan a este comunicado, muestran que los rasgos fisonómicos
coinciden con los de Heriberto Lazcano Lazcano", establece.
Con la información y muestras recabadas durante la necropsia de ley,
señala, se continúa haciendo las pruebas periciales correspondientes.
La Armada de México señala que "respecto a las versiones
difundidas en diversos medios de comunicación, relacionadas a la
ubicación de los criminales abatidos, esta dependencia confirma lo
dicho en el comunicado 196/12, en el sentido de que además del
material, fueron puestos a disposición de las autoridades locales
correspondientes, integrándose la averiguación previa APP/535/2012,
en la mesa primera de la Agencia del Ministerio Público en Sabinas,
Coahuila".
Sustrajeron cadáver de "El Lazca": PGJ de Coahuila
El cadáver de Heriberto Lazcano Araujo y el de otra persona fueron
sustraidos por un comando armado de la funeraria en donde eran
velados, confirmó la Procuraduría General de Justicia de Coahuila.
"El propietario de la funeraria García informó a las 08:05 del dia 8
de octubre que entre la 1 y 1:30 se presentó un comando el cual
después de someter sustrajeron los cuerpos".
La Procuraduría de Coahuila señaló que un comando sustrajo los dos
cuerpos de la funeraria García.
Los fuertes indicios
La Secretaría de Marina (Semar) dio a conocer la noche de este lunes
que "existen fuertes indicios" de que la tarde del domingo fue
abatido Heriberto Lazcano Lazcano, El Lazca, uno de los fundadores y
principal líder del cártel de Los Zetas, durante un enfrentamiento
en Progreso, Coahuila.
Explicó que el domingo elementos navales repelieron una agresión
perpetrada con granadas y armas de grueso calibre, donde perdieron la
vida dos presuntos delincuentes, entre los que supuestamente se
encuentra El Lazca, ex militar originario del estado de Hidalgo.
El comunicado de la Semar expone que después de haber sido abatidos
los agresores "posteriormente se supo que existen fuertes indicios
de que uno de ellos corresponde al cuerpo de Heriberto Lazcano
Lazcano (a) El Lazca".
La Semar agregó que los cuerpos fueron puestos a disposición de las
autoridades locales correspondientes.
De acuerdo con un perfil criminal elaborado por la Procuraduría
General de la República, El Lazca, proclive a la violencia y a la
traición, ingresó a los 17 años al Ejército y a los 24 años
solicitó su baja. Fue reclutado por el cártel del Golfo.
"Fuertes indicios" de la muerte del Lazca
Heriberto Lazcano, principal líder de Los Zetas, es uno de los capos
más buscados por los gobiernos de México y Estados Unidos.
La Secretaría de Marina (Semar) tiene indicios de haber abatido a
Heriberto Lazcano Lazcano, líder de Los Zetas, tras un operativo
realizado por elementos navales el pasado domingo en Progreso, Coahuila.
La dependencia federal precisó que durante un recorrido implementado
por la Armada de México en esa entidad contra el narcotráfico y la
delincuencia organizada, elementos navales se enfrentaron con un
grupo delictivo tras responder a una agresión con granadas y armas de
fuego, cayendo abatidos dos presuntos delincuentes, entre los que
presuntamente se encuentra Heriberto Lazcano Lazcano, El Lazca.
Según la Semar, tras el enfrentamiento fueron puestos a disposición
de las autoridades del gobierno de Coahuila los cadáveres de los dos
presuntos delincuentes abatidos, obteniéndose "fuertes indicios"
de que uno de ellos podría ser Heriberto Lazcano Lazcano, por lo que
se realizarán diversos análisis para determinar si las pruebas
periciales y forenses determinan la plena identidad del delincuente,
quien también es conocido como Z-3 o El Verdugo.
La Armada de México precisa que aproximadamente a las 13:30 horas del
pasado domingo, en atención a diversas denuncias ciudadanas, se tuvo
conocimiento de que personas armadas integrantes del crimen
organizado se encontraban en el área de Progreso, Coahuila, por lo
que se realizó un patrullaje por esa área para verificar la
información.
De acuerdo con el comunicado de la Secretaría de Marina, el personal
naval, al circular en vehículos oficiales en esas inmediaciones, fue
agredido con granadas y armas de fuego desde un vehículo, resultando
herido por proyectil de arma de fuego un elemento de esta institución.
Durante este enfrentamiento, dos presuntos delincuentes fueron
abatidos, poniéndose a disposición de autoridades locales los
cadáveres y los objetos decomisados.
"Se obtuvo información que una vez que se realizaron las primeras
pruebas forenses correspondientes, se alcanzaron indicios que señalan
que uno de los cuerpos es de Heriberto Lazcano Lazcano (a) El Lazca,
líder principal de la organización delictiva de Los Zetas. La
Secretaría de Marina está en coordinación con las autoridades del
estado de Coahuila y estará al tanto de las conclusiones del
análisis pericial correspondiente", precisó la dependencia federal.
En este operativo fueron aseguradas dos armas largas, un tubo
lanzagranadas, con 12 granadas útiles, además de un tubo
lanzacohetes con dos cohetes, cargadores y cartuchos para arma de
fuego diversos.
