Videgaray will meet again with Rex Tillerson, now in Washington

The Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Luis Videgaray Caso, will make a working visit to the city of Washington DC, from April 4 to 6, with the objective of releasing a broad bilateral and regional agenda.

As part of his activities, Chancellor Videgaray will meet with Secretary of State Rex Tillerson and Secretary of Homeland Security John Kelly. He will also hold working meetings with Federal Senators from both parties.

Likewise, the Chancellor will attend the Permanent Council Meeting of the Organization of American States (OAS), to present the program of Mexico to the XLVII General Assembly, to be held in our country next June.

He will meet with the Secretary General of the OAS, Luis Almagro and will hold a working breakfast with Ambassadors from Caribbean countries accredited to the OAS, with whom he will exchange views on common challenges at the regional level.

The visit represents an opportunity to reiterate the importance of the US-Mexico relationship with key actors in that country, as well as to follow up on the main issues on the bilateral and regional agenda.
