suffering from dehydration. The Border Patrol stated priority mission in the summer time is Search & Rescue, with
             enforcement taking a secondary role.

06/11/13 - 0000~2400hrs -  20 Groups, 67 Bodies - No High Flyer Air Support, multiple "911" calls

5 minutes of condensed audio  (click on link below)

Groups of:  2,4,2,1,6,6,"Bailout",2,, Injured IA,8,1,3,4,2,1,2,12,"911"x6,"911"x1,1

(P= "46" Drug Packers, A= Armed individuals, U= UltraLight Sighting, LV= Load Vehicle, B=Bailout. FTY= Failure to Yield)

suffering from dehydration. The Border Patrol stated priority mission in the summer time is Search & Rescue, with

-- Note:  No "Hi-Flyer" air support aircraft for another night. "Night Owl" hi-flyer reports "no-activity" at 0000/midnight and
goes  "10-7/RTB"  (Return to Base).  "Hi-Flyer"  aircraft do support ground agents on the ground, but typically troll the
border for traffic crossing north that would otherwise go un-detected. Keep in mind that the "Predator UAV" drones and
other "technology" (such as MSS/APSS Ground Surveillance Radar & "Vader" airborne GSR) is supposed to be the
"Gang of 8"s  solution to securing the border (not the "dang fence").  In the last couple of months numerous
MSS/APSS sites have been abandoned and now Hi-Flyer/UAV aircraft support has been curtailed.

Is this another example of ....."if we don't look for 'em and we don't see 'em... they don't exist" ??

-- 0000 - "Night Owl"  hi-flyer aircraft "RTB" (return to base) for lack of targets. (... "don't see 'em, they don't exist)
-- 0900 - "Bailout" - Three Points, AZ area
-- 1000 - IA with an injured ankle walks up to the MSS station @ MP and ask for assistance
-- 2100 - "911" call - 6 IAs in distress set signal fire- location and disposition unknown
-- 2200 - "911" call - IA in distress- location and disposition unknown
