For safety of Veracruz, Governor Yunes offers transportation to migrant caravan
While some migrants settled in Veracruz, others received offers from carriers to travel on board trailers to CDMX; Yunes said that, to guarantee the safety of the citizens, they will offer transportation to leave the state.

The migrant caravan with at least 5 thousand Hondurans advanced to the state of Veracruz and settled in the municipalities of Sayula de Alemán, Acayucan and Oluta;
others moved towards Cosamaloapan.
On the progress of Central American migrants, Governor Miguel Ángel Yunes Linares
indicated that they will comply with all the indications of the National Human Rights Commission,
but it is also a priority to maintain the safety and health of the people of Veracruz,
so he said that they will offer transportation to that at the latest this Saturday they move to another place.
Migrant caravan modifies route; goes to Acuyacan
After the meeting with state and federal authorities, the state leader sent a message in which he mentioned that the Hondurans will be provided with humanitarian aid,
which will consist of food, water and health services.
But it is very important that they can move quickly from Veracruz to another place; that's why we offered them transportation,
so that if possible tomorrow, which is November 3, they can move to Mexico City or wherever they want, "he said.
While some migrants settled to rest from the walk, others received the offer of transporters to travel on board trailers, to the city of Veracruz and then to Mexico City.
Traditionally, the migratory route is by Matías Romero, Oaxaca and from there to the Puebla-Mexico City route,
but this time the offer of the transporters made them change their plans, according to the Honduran caravan leaders. .
On the other hand, the brigades of the Ministry of Health, already came out in support of migrants to address the health problems they present,
as there are reports of Hondurans presenting respiratory problems,
as well as dengue fever and Zika; others have problems with dehydration and stomach infections.
The city council of Sayula ordered to fumigate the areas where some of the walkers who already continued their journey stayed overnight;
nevertheless, it maintained a security operation since there are a good number of people who still would spend the night in that place,
reason why the municipal authorities studied the possibility of ordering a "dry law", so as not to sell them alcohol.
The aforementioned before the risk of possible violent acts, since in some municipalities of Chiapas they reported that,
after the consumption of alcohol by migrants, looting and assaults were recorded.
