Three people are arrested with long weapons in Guaymas

Elements of the State Public Security Police (PESP), the Sedena and the Navy managed to capture

Reports revealed that three armed individuals were on board a Toyota sedan-type vehicle of the Corolla line
in Guaymas, Sonora, for which a red code was activated to find the alleged criminals.

Upon being located, the subjects were chased by officers of the State Public Security Police (PESP)
of the Sedena and the Navy; finally they were arrested in the municipality of Empalme.

Those captured are from the municipality of Empalme and were identified by the names of
Raúl 'N', Jonathan 'N' and Francisco Ernesto 'N'.

Inside the vehicle, firearms of different calibers were found, among them
'goat horns' ( AK clones ) with cartridges, which were secured.

Hermosillo

The Public Prosecutor's Office of the Attorney General's Office (FGR) in Sonora obtained an indictment
and justified pretrial detention against a man, for his probable responsibility in the commission of the crimes of carrying a firearm
and possession of cartridges of the exclusive use of the armed forces.


According to the research folder, elements of SEDENA, Federal Police, Federal Forces and PESP,
in Colonia Urbi Villa, in Ciudad Obregón, Sonora, managed to arrest Jesús Miguel "O", after ensuring the following :

Two 7.62x39mm caliber guns; 327 cartridges 7.62x39mm caliber; 11 firearm magazines caliber 7.62;
a vehicle with license plates from the State of Sonora.

The federal prosecutor presented the test data to the Control Judge of the Federal Criminal Justice Center in the Entity,
who described the detention as legal, linking the defendant to the process, imposing justified preventive detention as a precautionary measure.

During the initial hearing, a period of two months was granted for the additional investigation.
