Nearly one thousand Central American migrants enter Mexico
A caravan of almost a thousand migrants from Honduras and El Salvador entered irregularly into Mexican territory, without any authority preventing it.

Tapachula, Chiapas.- A caravan of almost a thousand migrants from Honduras and El Salvador
entered this territory irregularly into Mexican territory, without any authority preventing it.

The group of migrants spent the night in the town of Tecún Umán, Guatemala, border town with Mexico,
and this morning they walked to the Rodolfo Robles International Bridge, which is open without any special surveillance.

The caravan of migrants continued their walk until arriving from the Mexican side, to the migratory and fiscal premises,
where some private security guards tried to avoid the entrance, but they could not contain the crowd.

This new caravan of migrants shows the presence of several families with their minor children,
as well as young people who say they are fleeing from poverty and violence by gangs.

At the moment, only patrols of the State Police are observed that carry out surveillance tours.
