A very sad day when your correspondent realized he had more confidence in the Mexican drug cartels than in the U.S. government. Terrorist activities on the border would be very bad for business, and very unlikely that the cartels would not pick up on groups, or allow them to operate. US and Mexico authorities deny the presence of Islamic terrorists in the border
