It is estimated that un-encrypted radio traffic comprises less than 30% of the total activity for any given time period.
-- Note: excessive temperatures in the desert continue to result in multiple 911 distress calls from Illegal aliens
suffering from dehydration. The Border Patrol stated priority mission in the summer time is Search & Rescue, with
-- Note: Continued monsoon storm conditions limit tracking/detection efforts - Limited activity/participation by DHS "High-Flyer"
-- 0000 - BP agents still working "bailout" of 2 individuals from a vehicle, east of Ryan Field/Three Points, AZ.
Agents searching the area for possible weapon discarded by heavily "tatted" individual who was seen

Groups of: 2,Search & Rescue, 1, Vehicle Spiked,1,2,1-Scout,2,2, IA to Hospital
(P= "46" Drug Packers, A= Armed individuals, ULA= UltraLight, LV= Load Vehicle, B=Bailout, S&R=Search & Rescue)

-- Note: excessive temperatures in the desert continue to result in multiple 911 distress calls from Illegal aliens
suffering from dehydration. The Border Patrol stated priority mission in the summer time is Search & Rescue, with enforcement taking a secondary role.
-- Note: Continued monsoon storm conditions limit tracking/detection efforts - Limited activity/participation by DHS "High-Flyer" reconnaissance aircraft has been detected during the last week.
-- 0000 - "911" call - 2 vehicles stuck in the sand south of Wilcox, AZ. 1 adult went for help - left children & 2nd adult at vehicles.
When he returned to vehicle, children & adult were gone. Multi- agency S&R effort - DPS, BP & CCSO air and
ground units involved. Disposition uncertain, but it sounds like they were found OK - "Code 4"
-- 0200 - High speed chase (unknown reason) - all 4 tires "spiked" near Sandario Road & Valencia - 5 in custody
-- 0300 - Omaha aircraft spots cartel scout on mountaintop LP/OP (Lookout post/ Observation post) east of SR286.
-- 1600 - PCSO deputy is flagged down by a lone Illegal Alien on SR286, MP 43 requesting to be taken
to the hospital. Deputy calls BP & EMS (probably Three Points EMS).
Note: this is a familiar ploy used by IAs to be transported into Tucson under the guises of needing medical attention,
only to disappear into the city when released by the hospital (who are not Law Enforcement). IF BP puts the
IA into custody before the EMS transport to the hospital, they will generally assign an agent to "Hospital Watch"
to make sure this doesn't happen.... otherwise its "Welcome to America" !
